I always wanted to do a “Eurotrip” after I watched that funny movie with the same name. I did a similar trip while I was in USA.
Now is time for Europe as I’m going to Spain and it’s going to be a looooong trip: 3.800 km.

Let me share what you have to prepare when you want to do a long trip like this:

1. Buy a GPS application like TomTom and a GPS device(it can be an iPhone or other phones that supports GPS).

2. Check all the route to destination on Google maps and adjust as you wish, maybe you want to visit nice places close to the route.

3. Prepare your car: safety first! You need to make sure that your car does not have problems that could make you stay on the road. It’s going to be expensive!

4. Choose right places to have a night break: motels, your relatives house if they leave somewhere on your route, etc… You need to sleep after 10-12 hours of continuously driving.

5. Make sure you know exactly the destination details: weather conditions, people, culture etc… Make some research on the destination place before you go there.

6. Take everything it helps you on the road.
